The following text is read with creaky His Villius ddu voice: The year is 1987. The place: Grammy A

The following text is read with creaky His Villius ddu voice: The year is 1987. The place: Grammy Awards in the U.S.. Nominated for best album category Hard Rock / Metal is Metallica (with its acclaimed ... And Justice for All), the alternative gang Jane's Addiction (with album Nothing's Shocking), seedy AC / DC with Blow up your video, punk grandfather Iggy Pop with Cold Metal ... and English folk rockers Jethro Tull with Crest of a knave! ddu How the English flute rockers ended up in the same category as sweaty hard rockers like Metallica ddu and AC / DC takes none, least of Jethro Tull themselves as not even bothered to come to the gala. All the money is in a great victory for Metallica and Jane's Addiction is the critics' favorite. Alice Cooper and Lita Ford (is that right?) Enters the scene, a little ddu fun with a plastorm before Alice opens the envelope and reads ... "award for the year's best hard rock goes to ....." (Everyone holds their breath. Lars Ulrich sprättar bubbly) ... JETHRO TULL AND CREST OF A Knave! A murmur goes through the crowd and Lita Ford (is that right?) Shakes his head. Since Customs is not in place so says Alice a little ashamed that they receive Grammy on their behalf and they leave the scene quickly. Curtain! Look, Grammys jury, this is therefore the best hard rock album of the Year 1987? Did you away The House of Blue Light (Deep Purple), Among the Living (Anthrax), Electric (The Cult), The Ultra-Violence (Death Angel), Girls, Girls, Girls (Motley Crue), Scream Bloody Gore (Death ), Contagious (Y & T), Abigail (King Diamond), Pride (White Lion), Frehley's Comet (Ace Frehley), Appetite for Destruction (Guns N 'Roses), Hysteria (Def Leppard), Hold Your Fire (Rush), Crazy Nights (Kiss), Raise Your Fist and Yell (Alice Cooper), Pleasures of the Flesh (Exodus), The Eternal Idol (Black Sabbath) and Back for the Attack by Dokken which also released in 1987? But I like Jethro Tull, anyway. ddu Previous posts about JETHRO TULL on my blog: LP: Aqualung / Broadsword and the beast
There is not much to lock up that Customs received this award, it is fool-USA in a nutshell. Have you seen this year elected the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame? For eg Cat Stevens, Linda Ronstadt and Hall & Oates! But Deep Purple is not this year either. Send us idiots that live in this shit country. Speaking of Jethro Tull as we saw them in London just after they had received that price you mention. ddu Ian Anderson gave a long monologue about how he now had to send her son (he did not dare myself namely) to Marks & Spencer's clothing department to buy tight leather pants, ddu leather underwear and even padding for the crotch now that he was a real heavy metallers. The audience was crying ddu with laughter as so often when Mr. Anderson is making chumps. Jethro Tull, an amazing band with one of the best frontmen. You get music and stand-up comedy at the same time when the band performs live. Pretty good album too Crest Of A Knave!
Jethro Tull is a favorite band and have made lots of good tiles. both Broadsword and Aqualung is sovereign. Here are a few I recommend: Thick As A Brick, only one song per side and pretentious concept album but oh how good. Then there's the more låtorienterade Minstrel In The Gallery, Songs From The Wood and Heavy Horses. Then I want to recommend Thick As A Brick 2 from 2012, which is released under Jethro ddu Tull's Ian Anderson ie a solo album and not Customs, was totally surprised at how fantastic it was. Finally live doubles Live Bursting Out which is super.
