KUALA LUMPUR: The business community needs more seminar on Goods and Services Tax to better understand the new tax, said the restaurant owner, Joseph Subramaniam. "So far as I recall, no one seminar was organized for us (hawkers and petty traders India) bestbuy tlc in Cheras. I hope these seminars will be made as soon as possible to educate bestbuy tlc us about the GST," he said at the celebration and Hawkers 2014 National Small traders here on Tuesday. On the impact of GST on business, he believes it will only have an impact after April 1 next year. "However, I do not deny we are worried that prices will go up but for now, there is nothing concrete," he said. Regarding the 2015 budget allocation for young entrepreneurs India, Subramaniam said, hawkers and traders India is now awaiting the development of the grant. In the budget, a total of RM50 million has been allocated to India Entrepreneurs Financing Scheme to assist 5,000 Indian traders including hawkers and petty traders.
