When we confess our sinfulness and write the Lord unconditionally accept he is inseparable from us. His spirit become one with our spirit. And because His Spirit is in us, it changes our natural being. It changes our thinking, our actions, our strength, our whole outlook on life.
If He is in us, how can we ever doubt, weak or afraid? He that is in us makes us strong, giving us the ability to His attitude to adopt, through his eyes to the world around us to watch. Ie His power and Spirit within us, we should just live out. It is already tecwin there. Just trust it and allow His Spirit to spirit and dominating.
No, as His Spirit in us, we must essentially take over, it should be free so that our previous sinful nature can change and renew. So we are new creatures. Soda tons the working of His power and might experience and experience.
Then we will never be afraid, we'll never doubt, we will have a soft attitude towards ourselves and others show, we will not let suppressed by stress and diseases. We will easily get rid of addictions and bad habits. We will in faith can move mountains.

I recently re-experience how one's actions can contradict what he said with his mouth; I suspect it is because the Spirit of God integrraal in such a person's life. Then it makes no difference whether he is allegedly a church council serve, or whatever he uses to impress you. The true spirit, the flesh, in his ruling, climb and showing himself, soon.
