Bogor (ANTARA News) - The cooperation agreement Indonesian trade done bilaterally and multilaterally to be evaluated, said the Minister of Industry Saleh Husin in Bogor. Minister of Industry said, the globalization of trade multilateral (WTO) which slowly push some countries to undertake initiatives of bilateral export and regional cooperation. According to him, cooperation agreements were originally expected to provide new markets abroad, in fact not optimal encouraging impact. "In my view, we need to cooperate with countries that are complementary depth of the structure of the national industry," said Minister of Industry. Special industrial textiles and textile products (TPT), he added, in the history of America and Europe is still the main export destinations of Indonesia. Therefore, continued Minister of Industry, diversification of export markets need to be developed in order to boost export growth significantly. "In accordance with the wishes of the President of Joko Widodo, we will continue to encourage export industries are able to export. We will examine these agreements together with the relevant ministries," said Minister of Industry. Indonesia has conducted several cooperation agreements trade or Free Trade Agreement (FTA), export such as the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA), the Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJ-EPA) and Indonesia-Korea Comprehensive Economic export Partnership Agreement (IK-CEPA). Then, the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA), ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (FTA AANZ) and the last is the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
