a) Provide the goods and the commercial invoice incoterm 2010 (or its equivalent electronic message


The seller delivers when the goods are made available to the buyer, cleared for import, and not unloaded from the means of transport, on arrival at the place of destination. This term represents the maximum liability that can get the seller and may be used irrespective of the mode of transport.
a) Provide the goods and the commercial invoice incoterm 2010 (or its equivalent electronic message) according incoterm 2010 to the contract of sale and any other evidence of conformity which may be required by the contract.
b) Obtain at his own risk and expense any export and import license or other official authorization or document, and carry out, where applicable, all customs formalities for the export of the goods, for their transit through any country for import.
d) Put the goods to the buyer or other person designated by him, on the means of transport not unloaded, upon arrival to the place of destination on the date or within the agreed period for delivery.
b) To provide the seller, upon request, risk and expense of this, every assistance in obtaining, where applicable, any import license or other official authorization necessary for the import of goods.
g) Pay the costs of any pre-shipment inspection incoterm 2010 except inspection mandated by the authorities of the exporting country. h) To provide the seller, upon request, risk and expense of this, every assistance in obtaining any documents or equivalent electronic messages issued or transmitted in the country of import, the seller may be required to make the goods available to the buyer.
