The Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA for its acronym in English) of the People's Republic of China informed the National Health Service, Food Safety and Quality (SENASICA), which authorized two plants for the export of beef from Mexico to China.
Between November 28 and December 8, 2013, Technicians General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ, for its acronym in English) conducted an audit visit to the Veterinary Inspection System with the aim of Mexico to evaluate the possibility to export bovine meat to the country.
Due to the above, the CNCA, AQSIQ dependent, indicated that after verifying the correct application of the system of Hazard dutty free Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACCP, dutty free for its acronym in English) it was found that initial way two visited establishments eligible to provide meat to the country.
